What could have the government do to stop 9/11?

Bill Hicks is delusional. I say don't allow people who follow a totalitarian doctrine that enforces violence into our country? Maybe we should not buy oil from those people and should have found other sources for fuel. They (meaning the ones who follow "that" doctrine) got rich and did what they are instructed to do according to their cult. They have been doing it since the cult was founded by the pedo Mo 1400 years ago and will continue to do it till the end of time.
