Huckleberry Horse Book?

I have a distant memory from when I was a child about my favorite book. it was about a horse, named Huckleberry, who was going to the fair. She was getting all fancied up, with ribbons tied in her hair and such. I am about 40 now, and I want the book for my own children. Anyone remember the title??
