How to download a comic?

All right so I want to download "The Adventures of Huckleberry Ann" a Jay Naylor comic. I would like to download all 4 but just 3 and 4 would be OK. The only problem is via Google I cant figure out how to download these comic. Every time I start to download anything I can never get anything to show up so that I can read it so just curious if anyone has a tip on how to get the downloads to come through or have a link to where I can read them then please post it :)
