Does anyone else think that Treyarch can't make a decent game?

I mean, World at War, lagfest. Black Ops, worst lagfest plus failure hit detection and fail gun selections. Instead of putting original guns, Treyarch decides to be like "HERP DERP, TIME TO CALL THE M4A1 A COMMANDO." Come at me, bro.
