What foundation to use.? HELPP PLEASE:)?

Alright so i have a few scars that are purple and my current foundation dosent cover them.:/ dose anyone know a good foundation that will cover up my scars?? & i also i need a mattifying powder that will take away my shine and make my skin look nice and smooth.
