Royal Navy? Royal Marine Commando/Officer?

Whats the difference between a marine commando and commando officer? What are the entry requirements for each? Do both have different pays? What is the average pension for a Royal Marine Commando? Do you think I will encounter racism in the Navy because im asian and a muslim? Are there other asians and muslims in the royal navy? If i join, how often will i get to come home(im not a homesick person-jst out of curiosity)? Will higher education benefit me anyhow?
