Clone trooper technology? (from Star Wars)?

I am wondering, how long do you think or scientists estimate we are from having armor like a clone trooper from Star Wars? I know we already have the Land Warrior system, but I mean built into a helmet to regulate body temperature, take weak artillery and large caliber projectiles, detect movement, infrared, etc..? Like a Republic Commando I should say. All positive comments are welcome, thanks!
