Black ops - If Commando or AK47 Was Unlocked At Level 14 Like Famas, Would they also be "Noob Guns"?

They call the FAMAS a noob gun because it is very overused. Also, it has a high fire rate and a low recoil thus making it a very easy to use gun. It is because of that easy-to-use-ness that people call it a noob gun.
