Please help with getting high kill streaks????!!!!!?

My favorite weapons are the commando with silencer and red dot. Aug with dual mags and silencer. Galil with silencer and extended mags. Perks hardline, warlord, and hacker. Killstreaks are spy Plane napalm, and chopper gunner. Can you make a class for each gun for domination and tdm I use the c4 and motion scencer I use the c75 the pistol. Please help I've been trying so hard And I get really pissed off that once in a while I get a napalm.
