No F.3.A.R. unlocks after beating the game on commando difficulty!?

I just beat F.3.A.R. (or FEAR 3) on commando difficulty (all 8 intervals) and nothing unlocked besides the achievments for doing so. I believe i was suppost to unlock Fettel and insaine difficulty, but when I go back to single player it sent me back to level 1 and wont let me choose my character or the mission (almost like i never beat the game). Please Help Me!!!!
