Any Techniques for Faster Reading ("Chronic" readers needed)?

Well, this year im taking AP classes in hs. Theyre asking us 2 read 2 books (Huckleberry Finn & The Crucible) over the summer. My problem: i dont read books. In the past ive just used summaries from websites to get by, but theyve already warned us about that stuff. Its already the 13th and im on pg. 6 of huckleberry finn. It'll take me literally 4EVER 2 finish bc i read like 1 pg. in 5 minutes. So can i have some techniques on reading fast but still comprehending. I always find myself reading a pg. too fast and i have to go all the way back to the top of the page. Please tell me anything u know.
